HOW
DO I... OBTAIN
TELEPHONE ADVICE?
|
Your doctor will be happy to give you advice on the telephone when they are not
consulting. The receptionists have been asked not to interrupt your doctor if
with a patient unless your call is urgent. You may, therefore, be asked to phone
back or to leave a telephone number for the doctor to contact you when free.
HOW
DO I... OBTAIN
A HOME VISIT?
|
If you are too ill to attend the surgery and need a doctor to visit you at home,
please telephone your regular surgery before 10.30am and give the receptionist
some idea of your problem so that the doctor can assess the urgency. This will
enable the doctor to assess the priority visits and arrange his route accordingly.
HOW
DO I... OBTAIN TEST RESULTS?
|
You can telephone or come to the reception for results of laboratory tests, x-rays etc. Please note that we cannot give information to another person without your written permission.
