Prescriptions for medicines taken regularly can be obtained without patients being seen, provided that the doctor has agreed to this. Our prescription system is computerised and therefore if you require a repeat you will need to use the tear-off slip on the right hand side of your last prescription. Tick which items you require and either hand the slip to a receptionist, put the slip in the prescription box at the surgery or fax the request to us. From time to time you will be required to see a doctor to review your medication.

PLEASE ALLOW 24 WORKING HOURS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE PROCESSED BEFORE COLLECTING FROM THE SURGERY.
